The suncast b52 storage unit was recommended by a friend who purchased one. After researching this type of product, the Suncast name came out as the best company who manufactured storage units. The company was highly praised by other buyers for its product's easy set-up, durability, and functionality.
The suncast b52 storage unit came well packaged and unassembled. The instructions to put it together were pretty straight forward and it took a little under three hours. Some pieces needed to be snapped into place and did not quite line up, but after a few tries went into place. It is perfect for a smaller back yard. The suncast b52 storage unit is constructed from hard plastic and resin materials, so it should last a long time out in the sun without fading or cracking.
It is virtually maintenance free, just wash it down with a garden hose to remove any dirt or debris. It is very sturdy. The outside look of the storage unit appears pleasing to the eye sitting in the yard. It has a brown roof that resembles shingles, its attractive beige exterior resembles siding, and there are two brown doors. Not your average storage shed, very upscale.
The most useful feature of the suncast b52 is that it has two large, tall doors on the front making it convenient to get things into the unit. The doors have upper and lower latches and can also be locked for security.
The suncast b52 has plenty of storage for lawn equipment, bicycles, patio furniture, pool accessories, toys, barbecue grills, and practically anything you need to put away and keep out of sight. It really helps keep things organized. An optional corner shelf and hook bracket unit holds shovels, rakes, or other gardening tools. These two features were purchased separately and easily installed.
The storage unit should be placed on a level surface, like a cement slab, concrete patio block squares, or flat lawn area.
It has a full floor that keeps items off the ground and from getting wet. Very happy with this purchase and would recommend this product to others.
